The Arusha Naaz Hotel was established in the year 1973 and since then has been providing its customers with satisfaction and joy that has led to the hotel’s success. The Hotel currently has twenty one rooms, each one eloquently designed and furnished to provide persons from all backgrounds the most comforting of stays in this bustling safari capital of East Africa. Its perfect location, situated in the centre of the city of Arusha, makes it ideal for all, with restaurants and supermarkets being only within walking distance from the hotel.

 

Hotel guests enjoy a scrumptious continental breakfast as part of the package, which ranges from some of the freshest fruits of East Africa to custom-made Spanish omelettes, a speciality of the Naaz Restaurant which is within the hotel’s premises.

 

The Arusha Naaz Rent-A-Car is also within the property and hotel guests are given first priority in selecting safari packages of their choice, with the option of taking on the challenge of driving through some of the bumpiest roads within the national parks or being chauffeured and guided through a few of the world’s leading tourist attractions.

Restaurant

The Restaurant is Conveniently located at the lower ground floor of the hotel, where an appetizing breakfast with sweet and savory snacks are served by our highly trained and experienced chefs.   Only the best Ingredients are used by our chefs to prepare lunches for all. Lunch Boxes are also available for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.   With more than thirty years wealth of experience, Naaz Restaurant also produces the best cakes in town for all occasions.

Arusha Naaz provides deliciously moist, artistic, and elegantly-designed cakes for all  occasions. We offer Vanilla, Marble, Black forest, Chocolate, Egg less and fruit  cakes .   Our cakes are baked with only the finest and freshest ingredients.

Renters Guide

 

Rental Locations	Lost and Found
Arusha Naaz vehicles can be picked up from the following locations:   -Kilimanjaro International Airport- Arusha -Sokoine Road (Near clock     tower)- Arusha	If you leave any personal possessions in an Arusha Naaz’s vehicle, contact the return location so that we may help you locate your belongings .   The managment will not be responsible for the lost items.
Policies & Procedures	Drop off Charge
Arusha Naaz  provides statutory limits of liability insurance as shown on the rental agreement at time of rental. In addition, renters may (in many locations) purchase additional liability insurance at the time of rental. Please call 2502087 for additional information. All vehicles are comprehensively insured. For any minor accidental damages to the vehicle, a limit of USD $ 300 and major accidental damages, a limit of $ 800 will have to be paid by the hirer.	When a car is returned to a location different than the one where the vehicle is rented a drop off charge may apply on certain rates.
	Upgrades
	An upgrade is where a renter receives a car from a group higher than the one reserved. Arusha Naaz guarantees the reserved car group. If it is not available at time of rental a higher car group will be substituted at the confirmed rate.

While we aim to provide uncompromising service and comfort at every level, the management shall leave no stone unturned in ensuring family like care to our clients and assist them in every way possible to enable ease their transportation requirements to the best.
